At Lagree and Canada's Lagree Training Centre, our mission is to grow, elevate, and protect the Lagree method across Canada and beyond. Rooted in Sebastien Lagree's original vision, the patented Lagree Fitness method is designed to push limits, challenge convention, and redefine what effective training looks like.
Led by Tracy Ward Sickel, Canada's Lagree Master Trainer, this training program is built on more than 2 decades of teaching, training, and developing instructors and studios across the country. Tracy travels internationally to certify instructors and help studios open, grow, and elevate their Lagree programs, ensuring the method is taught with precision, integrity, and excellence.

Under the personal instruction of Tracy Ward Sickel, Canadian Lagree Master Trainer. Participants will complete an intensive and highly rewarding 24-hour Level 1 Lagree Fitness Certification over one immersive weekend in Calgary, Alberta.
Following the official Lagree Fitness Method, this in-person training combines movement, theory, coaching, and hands-on practice in an intimate learning environment.

This certification covers the defining principles of the Lagree Method, including:
— Core Lagree exercises and effective cueing
— Sequencing safe and intelligent routines
— Teaching both small and large groups
— Understanding the science behind the method
— Building confidence as an instructor
Accepted participants will also receive access to Lagree’s Academy Portal prior to training.

No previous certifications are required. Applicants will be selected based on their goals, background, and alignment with the training environment and studio culture.
